Live on 'The Heath' This Sunday 18th August

The weather forecast is good, dry and sunny, and we'll be back at this famous old bandstand once again in the latest of our Green Chain Quartet outdoor summer gigs.

Bring a picnic, bottle of wine; it'll be a lovely afternoon. It's a special one too... It's the anniversary weekend of the release of the most famous (and played) jazz albums of all time: Miles Davis' Kind of Blue was released on 17th August 1959. We'll be giving an airing to  classic tracks such as: So What, Freddie Freeloader, All Blues, Blue In Green and Flamenco Sketches. Think you've never heard it? You probably have and never realised!
